HELLO Tenafly Soccer Families --
BIG CHANGES this year! The Tenafly Recreation Department is asking TJSL (rec soccer) and TUSC (travel soccer) to merge. We have been two separate organizations for many years and it is time to combine forces to bring the best of soccer to the kids of Tenafly!!!
SO this Fall will be a transition year for us! TJSL will offer several recreational level soccer opportunities for our LITTLE KICKERS (ages 3 & 4 year olds) and for boys and girls in grades 2 to 6. TUSC will take over our Kindergarten and 1st grade program with what they call MINI SOCCER ....
TJSL will NO longer be working with the NY Red Bulls but start using TSF Academy Trainers (The Sports Factory), which TUSC uses for their travel program.
ALL TJSL soccer clinics will still be held at either The Cage for Little Kickers or Sunnyside Park for grades 2 to 6 on Saturday and Sundays starting the weekend of September 10. BUT the MINI Soccer program will be held at Stillman and occur during the week on Tuesdays and Fridays...
We are all very excited for this merger and ways to continue improving the soccer experience here in Tenafly for kids.
Registration for the FALL 2022 Soccer season will OPEN August 15, 2022. All times and descriptions of each program will be outlined on community pass.
For Little Kickers and grades 2 to 6 programs you will register under the Tenafly Soccer logo ...BUT for the Kindergarten and 1st grade program you register under the Tenafly United logo.
